• Mobile phone number (used for OTP-based login)
• Patient profile details linked to your hospital record (name, demographics, MRN/UID as applicable)
• Appointment and service requests you submit through the App
• Diabetes / health program data you enter (for example blood glucose, insulin doses, meal logs, notes)
• Photos or images you choose to upload (for example meal photos or supporting documents)
• Payment-related details needed to complete transactions (processed by our payment partner)

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Device information (device identifiers, OS, app version) for security, support, and analytics of App usage
• Push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) to send appointment/program alerts if you allow notifications
• Login and session tokens stored securely on your device to keep you signed in

2.3 Permissions

• Internet / network: to connect to hospital services
• Camera / photos: only when you upload an image
• Notifications: optional alerts about care and App updates

We do not request access to your device location for core App features.

3. How we use information

• Authenticate you and provide access to your hospital / patient services
• Book and manage appointments, packages, and related hospital services
• Support diabetes and care programs, clinician review, and related communications
• Process payments for paid services
• Send service notifications (if enabled)
• Maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, troubleshoot, and improve the App
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to healthcare providers

4. Sharing of information

We may share information with:

• Hospital / clinical systems (HIS) to deliver patient care and hospital services
• Authorized clinical / program staff involved in your care or diabetes program
• Service providers acting on our behalf, such as:
  • SMS / OTP delivery providers
  • Firebase (Google) for push notifications
  • Razorpay for payment processing
  • Hosting / IT service providers for the App backend
• Authorities when required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Health information

The App may process sensitive health-related information necessary for hospital services and care programs. This information is used only for providing healthcare-related services, program support, and related operational purposes, and is handled with appropriate confidentiality safeguards consistent with applicable law.

6. Data retention

We retain personal and health-related information for as long as needed to provide services, meet clinical / legal record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of App account access where applicable; hospital medical records may be retained as required by law even if App access is removed.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and secure on-device storage for authentication tokens. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for patients and caregivers using hospital services. Where a minor’s data is processed, it is handled in connection with hospital care and under applicable guardian / legal requirements.

9. Your choices and rights

• You may stop using the App and log out at any time
• You may deny or revoke camera, photos, or notification permissions in device settings
• You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to healthcare and legal retention requirements

10. Third-party services

Payment and notification providers process data under their own privacy policies (for example Razorpay and Google Firebase). We encourage you to review those policies.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
