I resumed visiting you on 23rd January this year after nearly 5 years, as my HbA1c had reached 9 and my Triglycerides was at 869 and VLDL at 173.76.
You monitored me very closely, with daily measurements of BSL, whilst putting me on a different pattern of medication till 8th February 2021.
After that you trained me & my wife to follow a certain protocol of Medicines, measurements, monitoring & adjustments.
We have followed the same meticulously.
I got my diagnostics done on 29th April 2021.
My HbA1c is 6.9, Triglycerides 292.9, VLDL 58.58.
