Job Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Management:
- Provide continuous medical supervision to admitted patients
- Assist consultants/specialists in daily ward rounds and clinical procedures
- Monitor patient vitals, lab reports, and respond to medical emergencies
- Maintain up-to-date case sheets and medical records
2. Emergency Care:
- Attend to emergency calls and manage acute conditions promptly
- Coordinate with casualty/emergency team for quick triaging and intervention
3. Coordination:
- Liaise with nursing staff, diagnostic departments, and specialists
- Ensure smooth patient handover during shift changes
- Communicate effectively with patient families regarding condition updates
