The 8th International Diabetes Summit -2024 (IDS) was organized by Chellaram Diabetes Institute from 15th – 17th March 2024 at Hotel J W Marriott, Pune. The 3-day mega event comprised of :

• A workshop on targeting body composition through appropriate intervention in which demonstration of body fat assessment was done with the ‘In Body’ machine was done.
• Mind and Body workshop
• Symposium on Diabetes in Pregnancy and Women’s Health Various interesting and interactive sessions like Thyroid Symposium, Lipidology Symposium, Mini-Symposium on Technology in Diabetes, Clinical Endocrinology and Diabetes, New Perspective in Diabetes Care attracted the audience.

The 7 International Diabetes Summit -2023 (IDS) was organized by ChellaramDiabetes Institute from 10 – 12 March 2023 at Hotel J W Marriot, Pune. The 3-day mega event comprised of a workshop on advances in diagnosing diabetic foot and retinal diseases. There was a special session on diabetes in the young focusing on diet, lifestyle and type 1 diabetes session with on-table display and a visual toolkit of diet and these sessions attracted the audience. There were various scientific sessions by expert faculty covering diabetes complications and its management in day to day life.

The 6 th International Diabetes Summit 2022 was organized virtually by Chellaram Diabetes Institute from 4 th March (Friday) – 6 th March(Sunday) 2022. Due to the on-going COVID pandemic and resultant restrictions on gatherings and travel, we conducted the IDS 2022 conference virtually. The 3-day mega event comprised of a number of interesting sessions including Workshop on Classic Diabetology, A Certificate CME on Type 1 Diabetes, Special Seminar on Type 2 Diabetes and Obesity, Management of Gestational Diabetes, CME Certificate Course on Innovation in Endocrinology and Diabetes, CME Certificate Course on Type 2 Diabetes Remission, CME on Diabetes and Related Disorders, so on and so forth.

The 5th International Diabetes Summit 2021 was organized virtually by Chellaram Diabetes Institute from 12th March (Friday) – 14th March(Sunday) 2021. Due to the on-going COVID pandemic and resultant restrictions on gatherings and travel, we conducted the IDS 2021 conference virtually. The 3-day mega event comprised of a number of interesting sessions including Technology Symposium on CGM, Symposium on Diabetes Foot, Indo-US Symposium on Telediabetology, Symposium on Diabetes in Pregnancy etc

he 4th International Diabetes Summit -2020 was organized by Chellaram Diabetes Institute from 6th – 8th March 2020 at Hotel J W Marriot, Pune.

The 3-day mega event comprised of a Pre-conference workshop on “In hospital glucose control” and various workshops like Insulin Pump workshop, AGP workshop as well as scientific sessions covering diabetes complications and its management in day to day life.

The 3rd International Diabetes Summit -2019 was organized by Chellaram Diabetes Institute from 8th – 10th March 2019 at Hotel J W Marriot, Pune. The 3-day mega event comprised of a Pre-conference workshop on Management of the Diabetic Lower Limb Neuropathy, various workshops on Insulin, NAFLD etc, symposiums, scientific CME on digital diabetology and the scientific sessions covering diabetes complications and its management in day to day life.

The Chellaram Diabetes Institute (CDI), well known for its commitment towards the fight against Diabetes, had organised 1st International Diabetes Summit in March 2017, which was a huge success. With the increasing need of advanced diabetes care education, the Chellaram Diabetes Institute is organizing 2nd International Diabetes Summit from 9th to 11th March 2018 at, Hotel J W Marriott, Senapati Bapat Road, Pune.
