Description: Piles, also known as haemorrhoids, are swollen veins in the anus and lower rectum. They can be internal, which are inside the anus, or external, which are outside the anus. 

Symptoms of piles: Itching around the anus, Blood on toilet paper, in stool, or the toilet bowl, Hard lumps near the anus that feel sore or tender, Pain or ache in the anus, especially when sitting

Treatments: Haemorrhoidectomy: Surgery to remove large external hemorrhoids or prolapsed internal ones, Haemorrhoid stapling: A stapling instrument removes an internal hemorrhoid or it pulls a prolapsed internal hemorrhoid back inside of your anus and holds it there.

Description: Anal fissures are tears or cracks in your anus. Fissures are sometimes confused with haemorrhoids. These are blood vessels in or near the anus that are inflamed. Hard stool frequently causes haemorrhoids and fissures.

Symptoms of anal fissure:  A sharp pain during a bowel movement, and sometimes a burning pain that lasts for hours. Bright red blood in the stool or on the toilet paper after a bowel movement. A crack or cut in the skin around the anus. A little bump or skin tag close to the crack.

Treatments: A fissurectomy with Sphincterectomy is a surgical procedure to treat chronic anal fissures. It involves removing the fissure and granulation tissue, and then cutting the sphincter muscle.

Symptoms: Pain that travels to the lower right side of the abdomen from the area around the belly button. Moving, coughing, or applying pressure to the area may exacerbate the pain. a fever or a general sense of being ill. experiencing nausea, vomiting, or appetite loss. diarrhoea, constipation, or difficulty exhaling. Your belly may feel swollen or appear enlarged. You can experience an increased frequency or urgency of urination.

 

Treatment:  Surgical removal of an inflamed appendix, often performed laparoscopically for quicker recovery.

The yellowing of the skin and eyes is called jaundice. light-colored, loose bowel motions. Bloating in the belly. When touched, the belly area feels tender. enlarged abdomen that feels sensitive to the touch.

Treatment: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy: A minimally invasive procedure that involves making a few small incisions in the abdomen. A small camera and surgical instruments are inserted through the incisions to remove the gallbladder. Open cholecystectomy: A traditional procedure that involves making a single large incision in the abdomen to remove the gallbladder.

Treatment: Surgery is typically necessary to ease pain and avoid major problems from enlarging or severe hernias. Open hernia surgery and minimally invasive hernia repair are the two main categories of hernia procedures. surgical repair of abdominal wall, umbilical, or inguinal hernias by open or laparoscopic methods.
